Q. Do you have a return and refund policy?
A. Yes, our customer is our priority. We practice a 7 days return policy from the date you received your purchased item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Q. How long does it take to process my return or refund?
A. Once we receive your returned item, please allow a minimum of 7 days for us to process and refund. We’ll notify you via email once we’ve processed the returned product(s). We’ll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. However, we’re sorry that we don’t credit shipping costs for returned orders unless it is due to our fault or damaged goods. We will do a refund via bank transfer.

A. We will exchange ‘shoes’ and ‘shirts’ if the size does not fit. For other product categories, we do not accept exchange unless they are defective or damaged.
